Neil Mayas is The leader of the Metal Maniacs and Rival Of Teku Leader Charles Sinclair. Charles hates him because of the "accident" he was guilty of but it wasn't his fault. One Night, Neil was racing against him and Tone drifted too far and flipped into a local apartment. Neil is a War Veteran who fought for America's freedom and lost his left arm and got it replaced with a robotic arm. This put him into a depression and he turned away from anyone for help.
In a few years time he got back into illegal street racing formed The Metal Maniacs. He formed the team so he could get away from society. Neil believes in freedom and doing and being what you want to. He Drives His 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air Gasser with his father when he was a teenager. After The First Racing Realm, he modified it into "Way 2 Fast"
