Born in Reno but raised in Las Vegas, Noah had a love for classic hot rods and cars from the 1930s to 1950s ever since he was young. When he was older, he began a restoration of said classic cars and earned the nickname of "Ark" due to the sheer amount of cars he restored and/or kept in his garage. When he turned 31, he began giving the cars out to Las Vegas' Street Racing rings with no payment, and soon began betting on his modified rides. The law caught up to him and he was put into jail (surprisingly) after being framed for a bank robbery which used one of his custom hot rods. After being released a year after his framing, a previous, "mysterious" customer invited him into the World Race. The customer was none other than Tezla himself, who returned one of Noah's most prized cars with his own tuning. Now, as the aptly nicknamed Ark, he'll take his classic coupe to a whole new scale of racing; interdimesional racing.
